Hi, thank you for your awesome work! I noticed that the model weights are not available. Could you please release them?

So they are available, but in the github repo:

The main problem here is the "not so good" fairseq library and the sonar text encoder, which tbh I don't know how to port to hf.
Just use pip:
pip install glap-model
